Frances Henrietta Meserschmidt
March 8, 1924 — June 3, 2017
Frances Meserschmidt, 93, beloved mother and grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on June 3, 2017. She entered this world on March 8, 1924 in Omaha, NE, born to James and Anna Pechac. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Robert George Meserschmidt. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Sharp (son-in-law, Michael Sharp); daughter, Sandra Lay (son-in-law, Michael Lay); son, Mark Meserschmidt (daughter-in-law, Sheila Meserschmidt); daughter, Lori Ward (son-in-law, Kirk Ward); grandson, Dakota Ward; granddaughter, Chelsea Ward; granddaughter, Remington Ward and grandson, Aaron Bacon.
She enjoyed ice skating and watching ice hockey, played golf and was an avid bowler. She was a sweet woman who will be remembered by her family. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, June 9, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Park. She would want you to hug a loved one, eat chocolate cake and clean your plate so that we have a nice day tomorrow.
