Filadelfio Trujillo, age 89, of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, June 10, 2018.
He was born on March 17, 1929, in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Filadelfio was a hard-working, selfless, and kind man with a wonderful sense of humor. He was an incredible man of God. He always made it a point to tell others about Jesus Christ. He was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Local 49.
Filadelfio is survived by his wife of 66 years, Frances; his sons, Jerry (Mahjouba Gtob) Trujillo, Phil (JoAnne) Trujillo, Michael (Lydia) Trujillo, and James Trujillo; his eight grandchildren, Houria Elashari, Hicham Ezzouheri, Angela Trujillo, April (Frank) Reddy, Reuben (Amy) Trujillo, Celina Trujillo, Christopher Trujillo, and Nicole Trujillo; and his seven great-grandchildren, Malcolm, Frankie, Roslyn, Kendall, Sophie, Christopher, and Isirdo. He is also survived by his brother, Eloy Trujillo; his sisters, Bridgett Montoya, Maria Baca, Avora (Tino) Montoya; and his sister-in-law, Nea Trujillo, whose husband, Fele, is deceased. He leaves many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews and a host of long-time friends. Filadelfio was preceded in death by his father, Manuel, and mother, Irene.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 23, 2018, 2:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas.
