Evelyn R. Claus

CLAUS, EVELYN R. Evelyn R. Claus, age 95, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, died Thursday, December 19, 2013. She is survived by her daughter, Marylin J. Nichols and Russell A. Stephens, of Denison, TX, and her son, Frank W. Claus and his wife, Minnie Claus of Las Cruces, NM. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, Stephen Morgan and wife, Debbie of Lawrenceville, GA; Melayne McInnes and her husband, Donald of Columbia, SC; Susan Harris and her husband Craig of Round Rock, TX; and John R. F. Nichols of Albuquerque. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, Willis S. Claus and her daughter, Connie L. Morgan and husband, Robert M. Morgan, and her three sisters and three brothers. Evelyn and her husband Willis, owned and operated Claus & Co. Foundry for forty years in Albuquerque and were avid members of the Albuquerque Elks Club. Services will be held Monday, December 23, at 10:00 a.m. at FRENCH - University.
