Ethan Michael Johnson

Ethan Michael Johnson, our kind, funny, smart, loving, generous, wonderful, and beautiful son, was taken from this world much too young. He was 15 years old when he passed away from an epileptic seizure in the early morning hours of the 23rd of June 2023 in Phoenix, AZ on our way home from a family trip to the beautiful ocean in San Diego, CA. Ethan was full of life and love, and he wanted to change the world with love as the component. Ethan wanted people and animals to live a happy, peaceful life, and he did everything in his power to make that a reality. Ethan had the biggest heart and was devoted to those he loved. Ethan had big dreams, was creative and talked about all that he wanted to achieve in life, including getting married and having kids when he grew up. He wanted to live by the ocean because the ocean is where he felt the most alive. Ethan was everything to his family and friends, and he showed us the true meaning of unconditional love. He is greatly missed. Ethan is survived by his mom Monica; his dad Denver; his sisters Audrey and Hadley; his stepmom Meg; his stepdad Aaron; his loving grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023, 4 p.m. at FRENCH-Lomas with a reception to follow.
