Ernestine "Tina" Staehlin

Ernestine (Tina) Staehlin was born in February 1932 in Moyeville, AL. She was ninth in the family of fourteen children. She worked at St. Regis paper mill before she moved to Albuquerque in 1958 with her husband, Gerald and son, Sammy. She was employed at Gulton Industries and was a homemaker. Her second husband, Gene Staehlin preceded her in death in December 2003. She is survived by her son, Sammy (Patty) Silva; grandchildren, Jason (Jessica) Silva, Joreen (Bob) Self; great-grandchildren, Brad Silva, Garrett McElhannon, Jamisen Silva, and Jensyn Silva. She is also survived by her sister, Hazel Pierson; and brothers, James Earl Moye and Charles Moye.

Viewing will be Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at FRENCH – University. The Funeral will be Friday, February 23, 2018, 10:00 a.m. at FRENCH – University with burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
