Emily Beall

d. February 15, 2022

Emily Beall died peacefully in her home in Albuquerque, NM on February 15, 2022.

Emily Geneva Roache was born in Nashville, TN on October 26, 1937. When she was 3-years-old, her family moved to her beloved Albuquerque where she lived for the rest of her life. She was a cheerleader at Albuquerque High School and graduated on May 29, 1956. The very next day, May 30, 1956, Emily married her husband of 66 years, Bobby Beall. She was a devoted and supportive wife to Bobby. Together, Bobby and Emily were partners with her brother, Buddy Roache and his wife, Dorothy ("B & D"), all initial founders of B&D Electric, now B&D Industries, a 65-year company in Albuquerque. Due to the success of B&D, Bobby retired at age 50, at which time he and Emily began to travel the world. They enjoyed meeting people and treasured many world-wide friendships. Emily and Bobby loved music. One of their favorite songs was, "What A Wonderful World".  Emily was a very gifted artist and passed on her gift to many family members.

Emily is survived by her husband, Bobby Beall; son, Troy Beall of Albuquerque; and daughter, Lezlie George, of Sachse, Texas; along with four grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.   She loved them all more than they will ever know.

In honor of Emily's wishes, there will be no public service.

Due to her deep love of all creatures, especially dogs, donations in her honor can be given to the Animal Humane-New Mexico organization (AnimalHumaneNM.org) or a favorite animal rescue shelter. Also, in honor of Emily, she would love for family and friends to plant a Rose Bush, her favorite flower, at their home this coming Spring, the season of hope and renewal.

Your memories may be shared with family and friends on Emily's Tribute Wall.
