Born August 5th, 1954 in Camargo Chihuahua Mexico to her beloved mother Cristina Jimenez who preceded her in death, and her surviving father Felipe Jimenez 97 years old also from Camargo. Emilia had 11 siblings four cherished brothers who precede her in death are Felipe, Andres, Marcelino, and Mario. Emilia also loved and precedes the death of her mother-in-law Emma G. Fuentes and brother-in-law Joe Fuentes. She is survived by her husband Camilo Juan Martinez of 40 years; daughters Melissa Flores and husband Adam Flores, Felicia Barraza and husband Valente Barraza both from Rio Rancho NM. Stepdaughters Sister Rose Marie from Poor Clare Monastery of Roswell NM, Anna Berry, and Husband Johnny Berry of Dexter NM. 7 grandchildren Alyssa, Adam, Jonathon, Athena, Eric, Megan, Mariah, and two great-grandchildren Manny, and Jaylon as well as 7 sisters Maria Barron, Rosa Jimenez, Isabel Jimenez, Teresa Chaparro, Carmela Grajeda-Jimenez, Esperanza Alvidrez, Josefina Lujan and 3 beloved sister-in-laws Kathy Fuentes, Dean Najar and Julia Fuentes. Emilia was a loving wife and mother devoted to her family and an active parishioner of her catholic faith. Emilia passed her faith to her family as an advocate starting the first Roswell Catholic Daughters of America chapter alongside her cousin Martha Luna who has also preceded her in death. Emilia worked for several school districts in the state of NM in the custodial industry. She enjoyed cooking and baking for friends and loved ones. She was her happiest when she was creating treasured moments and lasting memories with her many loved ones. Emilia is a treasured individual in the hearts of her family and friends, and she will truly be missed.
