Elsie Marie Muniz passed away on December 18, 2021 into the waiting arms of our Lord.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Jose Muniz. Elsie is survived by her daughters, Georgia Maez and husband Joe; and Jolene R. Muniz and two sons, E.J Muniz and Christopher J. Day; grandchildren, John T. Maez (deceased), David J. Maez and Christopher J. Day; great-grandchildren, Alexandra Lamphier and Joey Maez; great-great grandchildren, Sohie Maez and Ella Giron.
A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. Mass will follow at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, 811 Guaymas Place NE. Burial will follow at the National Cemetery in Santa Fe.
