Elma Warren

Elma Warren, 76, beloved sister and aunt, was called to her eternal resting place on Friday, November 15, 2019. She entered this world on Friday, January 1, 1943 in La Loma, NM, born to Jose and Socorro Sena. She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Melvin Warren; her parents; and her brother, John Sena. She is survived by her sisters, Lydia Martinez, Maria Martinez, and Viola Sena Castro; and her brothers, Joe Sena, Essel Baca, and Jimmy Sena. Elma retired from Wells Fargo Bank, where she worked for four decades.

Elma had a great sense of humor. She enjoyed joking around with all her nieces and nephews, whom she adored. She loved hearing from them and following their lives. She was very devoted to her whole family. Elma enjoyed reading, playing cards and games, as well as playing slots at the casino. She loved to travel.

A Rosary will be prayed for Elma on Monday, November 25, 2019, 9:30 a.m., followed by Mass of Resurrection at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 5712 Paradise Blvd NW in Albuquerque. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:30 p.m., where she will join Melvin.
