Elizabeth Lee Michael

Michael, Elizabeth "Betty" Lee, of Albuquerque, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2019. She spent her career as a civil servant, working at Kirtland Air Force Base. Her family had emigrated to New Mexico in 1890 from Lebanon. She is survived by her niece, Colleen Maloof and her husband, Loron Rustom; great- nephews, Joseph, Gavin, George and Phillip Maloof and great-niece, Adrienne Maloof; great-nephew, Father Christopher Pieroni and great-niece, Allison Pieroni; great-nephew, Patrick Gavin and his family, great-nephew Timothy Michael and great-niece, Theresa R. Vander Wilt. She also leaves behind her great-nephews, Dr. Cecil Michael, Dr. Steven Michael, Dr. Joey Michael and dear cousin, Josephine Owen and Josephine’s children, Allison and Duane, as well as many other loving family members and friends. A Funeral Mass will be held for Betty on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 4020 Lomas Blvd NE. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd NE.
