Elfriede A. January

Elfriede A. January, 95, of Albuquerque, passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2015. She was born on September 22, 1919 in Goglau, Germany to Paul and Agnes Krause. In 1957, she moved to the United States, where she later met her husband, Wibur January. She was a long-time bank clerk at the First National Bank of Albuquerque, where she then retired from. In her later years, she received excellent care and attention, which was gratefully appreciated by her family. Preceding her in death were her husband, Wilbur (Jan) January; her three sisters, Helene Rasch, Elisabeth Sigmund and Gertrud Buge, Gertrud's husband, Richard Buge, and her parents. She will be remembered with love by her niece, Renate, and Renate's husband, Walter. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at FRENCH - University.
