Edward L. Strain

Edward Strain, a dedicated father and husband, age 63 passed away on June 9, 2017. Edward was known for his kindness, willingness to help anyone, joking nature, love of sports, and love of children. He was a kid at heart and everyone who knew him loved him.
He is survived by his wife, Susan; his children, Bryan Strain & Casey Murphy and Kelly & Sean Scott; his grandsons, William Scott and Eric Murphy; his mother, Charlotte Strain; his sisters and their husbands, Nancy Hassall, Betty and Charlie Lyon, and Helen and Shannon Denson. He also leaves behind brothers and sisters-in-law, Shirley and Ken Taylor, Carl and Betty Spindle, Elizabeth Spindle, Leslie Spindle, Charles and Kathy Spindle, Steve and Liz Spindle, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Strain; his brother, Lee Strain; and his sister, Laura Kuper.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, June 15, 2017, 2:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas.
