Edna C. Moore

Edna went home to be with her Lord on August 5, 2021. She was born February 3, 1920 on the family farm near Harlan, Iowa, to Peter Jespersen and Carrie (Sorensen) Jespersen. Edna graduated from Harlan High School in 1938 and married the love of her life, Joseph Perry Moore on November 15, 1941. They lived in the Midwest for many years before moving to Albuquerque in 1969. She and Perry loved traveling, especially in their RV and visited all 50 states. Edna was a faithful member of Faith Lutheran Church and had many wonderful friends there. She had a strong faith and lived her life accordingly. She adored Perry and they had a wonderful 70 years together. She was preceded in death by her husband, Perry in 2012 and is survived by many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Faith Lutheran Church at a later date.
