Edna A. Linthicum passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 28, 2018, surrounded by her family. She was born in Oak Groves, LA on January 21, 1941. Edna later moved to California, where she worked as an “Eligibility Worker III” and was well respected by her co-workers. After over 30 years of service for Humboldt County, she moved to Albuquerque where she and her husband owned and operated “Albuquerque Boat & R.V. Storage.” Edna was a very devoted mother and grandmother. Edna loved plants, pets and especially playing games with the family which brought her so much joy and happiness - she will be missed! She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Everett Linthicum; her daughter, Dena; sons, Chet and Troy; grandchildren, Daniel, Miranda, Ashley and Teto. A service will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Arcata, CA where she will be placed next to her father.
