Editha Branson Powell, 90, a resident of Rio Rancho, died Saturday, May 18, 2013. She is survived by her daughter, Judy Graeber; son Fred Branson and wife, Isabel; and stepchildren Ellis Powell, Jr, Deborah Powell-Anderson; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and five sisters. Mrs. Powell was preceded in death by her husbands' Marvin B. Branson and Ellis Powell; parents; two sisters; and one brother. She was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church and Bernalillo Women's Club. Services will be held on Monday, May 20, 2013 at 6:00 pm at FRENCH - Westside with Pastor John Bailey, officiating. Friends may visit one hour prior to services. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to NM Boys Ranch, PO Box 5000, Belen, NM 87002.
