Edith P. Maginel

Edith P. Maginel, age 90, born in North Dakota on February 1, 1925. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 30, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold and infant daughter, Arlene. She is survived by her children, Robert Maginel and wife, Pat of Tucson, AZ, Linda Wright and husband, Bob and Darlene Nunn and husband, Jerry of Albuquerque, Roger Maginel and wife, Libby of Navarre, FL; 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She was devoted to her faith, family and friends. She was known for being the pajama grandma by all her great grandkids. Edith was a vital part of all her grandkids lives. Birthdays were celebrated with a large pickle jar full of her chocolate chip cookies. Growing up we went to church with our mom, she sewed our clothes, and was a fantastic cook - a true homemaker. Friends may visit one hour prior to the Funeral Service on Tuesday, October 6, 2015, 10:00 a.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. Interment will follow the service in the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2:15 p.m.
