Eara Alice Simmons

Age 75, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, was born on July 12, 1938 in Roy, NM. Alice went to meet our Lord and Savior on September 4, 2013 after a short illness. Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Simmons. She is survived by her five children, Rocky Clark and wife LeAnne, Michelle Marquez and husband Gene, Wade Clark, Gail Simmons and partner Chuck, and Sylvia Gallegos and husband Carlos. Alice was the proud grandmother of Amanda and Garrett Clark, Candice Clark and Matt Cordova, Rebecca Clark, "Ray Ray" Gallegos, Sonya Gallegos, Gabriella (Gaby) Gallegos, Tanner Walton, and Jeff and Melisa Marquez. She was also very proud of her great-grandchildren, Nicolas Cordova, Kylie Cordova, Gabriella Hernandez and Jo'el Marquez. Friends may visit FRENCH - Wyoming on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Following the visitation, Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. A reception will follow at The Meadows clubhouse, 7112 Pan American Freeway NE.
