Duncan Scott Campbell

February 12, 1971 — January 23, 2021

Duncan Scott Campbell, formerly of South Carolina, went to be with his Lord and Savior Saturday, January 23, 2021.  Born in Mississauga, ON Canada on February 12, 1971 to Peter Duncan Campbell, predeceased, and Cherri Diane Greenhill, Niagara Falls, Canada.

Duncan went to Holy Family School and Loyola High School, Oakville, ON Canada before the family went to South Carolina where he attended East Cooper High and was a member of ECHS’s State Championship football team.  After, it was Clemson University here I come.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Biological Sciences. Then he procured a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

He worked in the South Carolina area, but a job in Albuquerque, NM was in the offing and off Duncan was on an adventure. A pretty gal, Meaghan O’Rourke, caught his eye and he hers.  They wed on top of Sandia Mountain on July 4th, 2003. Two years later Haven Sophie Campbell was born - the love of his life.

He will be sorely missed by his grandmother, Kathleen Grundy of Durham, ON Canada; stepfather, John Greenhill from Niagara Falls, Canada; his brother, Blair, Brenda Greenhill, nephew, Will and nieces, Lauren and Elisabeth Greenhill of Atlanta, GA. Also mourning his loss is his stepmother, Shirley Campbell, Surrey, BC; brother, Mark, Elisha, and Hunter Campbell from Surrey, BC; and brother, Chris, Kristen, and nieces, Jaclyn and new baby, Sienna from Richmond, BC; his aunts, uncles, and many cousins are sorrowing as well as numerous friends and cohorts.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 5, 2021, 1:00 p.m., at Sagebrush Community Church, 6440 Coors Blvd. NW. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Samaritan's Purse or to Sagebrush Community Church.
