Dorothy Ann Rouse died early on the morning of November 2, at the age of 85. She was born in New York in 1934. In 1945 the Stelters moved to Arizona where she would later be the first of her family to earn a college degree. She married William Rouse in 1954. They returned to NY as newlyweds where Dorothy modeled for a short time. Dorothy and William moved to Arizona to raise a family. While there, Dorothy also started a catering company, published a cookbook, and painted. The Rouse family moved to New Mexico 30 years ago where Dorothy began making custom jewelry under the name Dorothy’s Designs. Preceded in death by her husband William, Dorothy will be dearly missed by her children, Robin, William, and Mathew, and her grandchildren Kaitlyn, Courtney, and Kennedy.
