Dorothy Frances Roache, a kind, strong, wise and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, went to be with our Lord Jesus on March 16, 2022.
She was born on November 4, 1931 in Tucson, Arizona. On January 27, 1950, Dorothy married the love of her life, Bud Roache. Dorothy and Bud established a booming business, B&D Electric, while raising three wonderful children together: Brian, Gary, and Jodie. Many grandchildren and great grandchildren followed, all who knew and loved her as "Ganny". Dorothy and Bud loved to go hunting, fishing, boating and skiing together.
Dorothy was an incredibly talented piano player and ballroom dancer. She loved traveling, especially on cruises and going up to Horca, Colorado with Brian and his loving wife, Linda. She was an avid reader and puzzle builder and she so loved music and a good glass of wine. She gave her life to Jesus and looked forward to His return or to her going home to be with Him. But in the meantime, Ganny lived her life to the fullest. Whatever she did, she gave it her all. She inspired many and taught us so much. We are so thankful for her and for the impact she has had on so many lives.
While our hearts break that she is no longer here, we are so happy that she is at home and at peace, dancing away on streets of gold with her husband and loved ones that have proceeded her.
