Dorothy Bullard

72, died August 16, 2014. She is survived by her children, Lydia Toledo and husband, Phill, and Billy Bullard; grandchildren, Jonathan Bullard, Cressy Bullard, Xavier Toledo and Alexis Toledo; and many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy J Bullard and her parents, HP and Jewell Lilly. Dorothy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be dearly missed. She enjoyed being a Caregiver, loved the Lord, and did crossword puzzles and embroidery. Dorothy and Billy will rest in peace at Lydia's home after cremation.
