Doris Haynes

Age 85, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away, Friday, February 22, 2013. Lavern is survived by sons, David (Debra) Haynes of Gallup, NM,Chris Haynes of Tucson, AZ, daughters, Peggy Griego of Albuquerque, NM and Lynda Ebina, 4 grandchildren, Kimberly, Neal, Zachary and Justin and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy J. Haynes, her father and mother, Albert and Edith Daubenspeck. Lavern loved teaching oil painting and ceramics. Her passions included quilting and a love of gardening. She enjoyed family gatherings and hosting during the holidays while spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was admired for her sense of humor and generosity. Services will be held on Tuesday,February 26, 2013, at12:00 pm at FRENCH with interment immediately following at Santa Fe National Cemetery. A visitation will be held at FRENCH Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at11:30 am.
