Donna Jenine Kerr, 79, passed away in Clovis, New Mexico, on July 30, 2017.
Donna was born in Beech Grove, Indiana, on February 23, 1938, to Amza and Alice Faye Key. Donna is survived by her sons, Andrew and Ted Dressler; daughter, Jenine Cooper; brothers, Tom and Art Key; six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Donna grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana graduating from Southport High School in 1956. She attended Indiana Central College and received a Bachelor of Science in Education in 1960. Donna taught elementary school in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for 25 years. She was a tutor and mentor to many children in her lifetime. Donna was a caring, kind individual, who was always ready to help anyone in need. She was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and expressed her faith with her life. Jesus said, “You will be with me in paradise,” and we are comforted knowing that is where Donna now resides.
