He coached AYSO soccer and Mile High Little League baseball and never missed watching a game when his youngest son, Josh, was playing high school baseball at Manzano. He was a diehard Dallas Cowboy and NY Yankee fan, played golf, watched UNM Lobo basketball and loved March Madness. Several Father's Days were spent with Jason and Josh traveling to US Open Golf Tournaments around the country. He loved their beagles Bailey and Brandy, enjoyed barbecuing and spending time in the yard; he particularly loved the fish pond and water fall in the backyard.
