Dolores Jene Nield Barnhart

Dolores Jene Nield Barnhart, 83, passed away January 18, 2018 at her home surrounded by family and longtime friends.  She was born in Wiley Ford, WV to Silas and Effie Nield.  She was preceded in death by the love of her life of 56 years, Stanley Barnhart; her parents; and all her siblings, Joe, John, Tom, Bill, Leroy, Dick, Katy and Bessie.

Mom is survived by her children, Stan Jr., Tracy and husband, Michael, Wes and wife, Becky, Mark, Dennis and wife, Martha; grandsons, Jesse and wife, Conny, Jacob and Cole; great-granddaughters, Briauna, Samantha, Elaina and Sophia; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters-in-law, and her loving friends.

She loved her many collections of barns, tea pots, strawberries, dolls, giraffes, light houses, sprinkling cans and frogs, just to name a few.  She enjoyed her many church groups, Red Hat Sisters get togethers and luncheons with her friends from work. She loved all kinds of crafts.  Mom was a very giving and caring woman.  Her favorite color was green, favorite bird a woodpecker and her favorite flowers are daffodils.  She enjoyed going on trips through the years.  She will be sadly missed, our eyes will always be a mist.   Always give forever hugs, blow kisses and always show kindness, as you are doing now.

A Memorial Service will be held in her honor, because she is the Queen, on Saturday, January 27, 2018, 10:00 a.m. at FRENCH - Lomas Chapel.  Everyone is welcome to visit the family at her home following the service.
