Dolores Trini Sanchez

January 22, 1941 — August 2, 2014

In January 1941 a precious child was born to a loving family in Cubero, NM. After a long battle with cancer, on Saturday, August 2, 2014, with her family at her side, Jesus said to Dolores "It is time to come home with me." Greeting her in eternal life are her husband, Nepo Sanchez, Jr.; parents, Max and Alfreda Jaramillo; sisters, Ramona Vallejos and Armelina Chavez; brother, Stephen Jaramillo; parents-in-law, Nepo Sr. and Louisa Sanchez; and sister-in-law, Pablita Sanchez. She leaves behind her daughter, Leona Baca and husband, Chris; sons, Max Sanchez and wife, Lupe, and Luberto Sanchez and wife, Sharon, all of Rio Rancho; her precious grandsons, Jeff and Jacob Dvorak, Christopher Sanchez, Luis and Menny Caraveo-Ochoa, and Gabriel and Edwin Sanchez; great-grandchildren, Christopher, Dalanee, Hunter, Charlotte, Dominic, and Christopher; sisters, Julia Baca of Cubero, Celia Alatorre and Theresa Jaramillo, both of Albuquerque; brother, Sonny Jaramillo and wife, Alice of Flagstaff, AZ; sisters-in-law, Adella Sanchez and Susie Tafoya of Las Vegas, NV; many nieces and nephews; and lots of friends. Dolores graduated from Grants High School in 1958 and married Nepo Sanchez, Jr. in 1962. They moved to Albuquerque in 1968 where Dolores held various jobs. She was very active at Holy Ghost Parish for many years before moving to Rio Rancho, where she joined St. Thomas of Aquinas Catholic Church. Dolores loved karaoke, dancing and was a social butterfly wherever she went. She loved country and Spanish music. Dolores also made hundreds of rosaries which she would give to the church to distribute. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Rosary followed by Memorial Mass will be held Friday, August 8, 2014, 10:00 a,m, at St. Thomas of Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd. SE in Rio Rancho. Her final resting place will be in Cubero, NM with her husband.
