Dianne Webre Torrance, 74, beloved Wife and Step-Mother, passed away on Tuesday, March 1st, 2022. She entered this world on January 18th, 1948 in Baton Rouge, LA, born to Jim and Bess Webre. She is survived by her husband Charles Homer and step-daughter Kira Fishgrab.
