Dennis Krauss

Dennis Krauss, age 61, of Albuquerque, answered God's call to come home on August 23, 2014. Dennis was born on March 12, 1953 in Milwaukee, WI. He is survived by his wife of almost 32 years, Marianna; a daughter, Melissa, both of Albuquerque; a brother, David Edward Krauss of Milwaukee, WI, two brothers-in-law, Lorenzo Sanchez and Gilbert Sanchez; two sisters-in-law, Rosita Armendariz and Cecilia Contreras; aunts, uncles and many nieces and nephews. Dennis was a man of great faith. He was very involved with his Parish, Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, and enjoyed sharing his mastery of accordion playing. He was a very gentle man, and quiet in nature. While he wasn't quick to reach out to new acquaintances, after getting to know you, he had a friend for life. He was a great family man and had the uncommon ability to be there for you when needed. A rosary service will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Assumption Parish, 811 Guaymas NE. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, August 29, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., also at Our Lady of Assumption Parish. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
