Debra Cohernour

Debra Cohernour, 63, passed away peacefully at home on August 18th, 2024. Debra "Deby" was born in Merced, California. She spent the majority of her life as a teacher with Precious Possibilities caring for young children. Those that knew Deby well, will remember her love for kids, Lord of The Rings, and her Christian faith. She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Evans, and her sister, Christine Downhour. She is survived by her children, Jeremy Jozwiak, Justin Smith, and Kelly Arzola, her son-in-law Dominic Arzola, her grandchildren, Katelynn Smith and David Arzola, her brother Bill Evans Jr., her mother Maria Evans, and other family in Lompoc California. 

Deby's Memorial Service will be Saturday, August 24th, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 9500 Constitution Ave NE. Immediately after there will be a reception in Chapman Hall within the same building. Anyone is welcome to buy flowers, sunflowers and roses were her favorites.
