SMITH, DAVID W. David W. Smith of Albuquerque NM, age 48, died on February 5th, 2015 in Albuquerque NM. Mr. Smith was born on June 1st, 1966 in Borger, TX; he was the son of Carole A. Smith of Apple Valley, MN and the late Jack P. Smith, Jr; brother to Jack P. Smith III, Burnsville, MN and Meghan T. Knapp, of Hasting, MN. David was an Eagle Scout. He attended University of New Mexico. David worked as a manager at Starbucks in Albuquerque, NM and also worked at Kmart in New Mexico, Montana, Texas, and Utah He was a hard worker who was always willing to go the extra mile. He enjoyed playing football in his youth and remained a big fan in later years and enjoyed playing Solitaire and Sudoku in his spare time. David is survived by his wife of 24 years, Denise E. Smith; daughters Dorianne, Sierra, and Sicily; and son Ryan. He is also survived by his mother, brother and sister; and 16 nieces and nephews. David was preceded in death by all of his grandparents. Memorial services will be held, Tuesday February 10, 2015, 10:00 am at La Mesa Presbyterian Church, 7401 Copper NE, Albuquerque, NM.
