David M. Post

David M. Post, a long time Albuquerque resident, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2019 after a battle with brain cancer.  He is survived by his wife, Jean; daughter, Maggie and husband, Eric Esquibel; grandchildren, Ethan, Sebastian, Charlotte, and Christina; brothers, Stephen and Matthew Post and many nieces and nephews.  David was preceded in death by his father, Dr. David B. Post his mother, Marianne Post; siblings, Ann Sullivan, Susan and Alan Post.

David attended Highland High School, he graduated in 1968 and was a member of the l967, 1968 district champion tennis team.  David received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Mexico and graduated from the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy in 1983.  He practiced community pharmacy until his retirement in 2016.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2019, 11:00 a.m., at FRENCH - Westside with a reception immediately following.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the AA Central Office www.albuquerqueaa.org, Animal Humane of New Mexico www. animalhumanenm.org or the American Diabetes Association www.diabetes.org. Special Thanks to the Kaseman Presbyterian hospice staff who cared for David with such loving kindness.
