David F. Holland, age 63, passed away at his home on Tuesday, July 22, 2014. He is survived by his three daughters, Germaine Mosher of Bloomington, IL, Danielle Beck and husband, Bradford of Albuquerque; Kendra Henderson and husband, Chris of Rio Rancho, NM; five grandchildren, Apollonia Mosher, Kira Henderson, Lily Henderson, Ellinora Beck, and Miya Henderson; mother, Adelle Holland of Holly Lake Ranch, TX; sister, Ginger Hamm and husband, Gene of Lubbock, TX; mothers of his children, Lori Holland of Albuquerque, and Denese Holland of San Antonio, TX; and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Holland; and one sister, Melissa Littleton. David was born in 1950 in Lubbock, TX to Leon and Adelle Holland and graduated from Monterey High School in Lubbock, TX, Class of 1968. He attended Texas Tech before moving to Albuquerque, NM where he had a morning radio show, "Breakfast with Dave Club" on KRST. David then worked in Real Estate as a Realtor for several different companies, including Coldwell Banker. He loved golfing, was an avid reader, and loved spending time at the family cabin. David was a quiet, laid back, type of guy who loved his family very much. He was a beloved father, grandfather, son and brother and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at FRENCH - Wyoming at 5:30 p.m. Interment will take place in Holly Lake Ranch, TX at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Casa Esperanza, 1005 Yale NE, Albuquerque, NM 87106. .
