David Patrick Gonzales

David Patrick Gonzales, 52 years old, of Albuquerque, NM passed away on September 10, 2022, in Albuquerque, NM.

David was born at Loving AFB Hospital in Limestone, Maine to Ely and Anita Gonzales on March 17, 1970. He went to school at Marie Hughes Elementary, John Adams Middle School and West Mesa High School - Class of 1988. He married Deirdre Candelaria on September 28, 1991, in Faith Chapel Church. He started a landscaping company at 16 years old and continued the business into his adult years. He worked on and off for Pizza Hut as a delivery driver for many years - a job he truly enjoyed. He was involved in soccer and basketball throughout his younger years and was one of the top soccer players on his high school team. He loved to be outdoors and had a passion for fishing. He enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia 76ers.

David was preceded in death by his father, Ely Gonzales, and his son, Steven Gonzales. He is survived by Deirdre Candelaria (ex-wife); his children, Stephanie (Gonzales) Lind; and son-in-law, Cameron Lind, Lori (Gonzales) Garcia, and Serina Gonzales; sister, Natalie (Gonzales) Ulibarri; mother, Anita Gonzales; and grandchildren, Isabella, and Isaiah Garcia. He also leaves many cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, October 10, 2022, at 8:30 a.m., at FRENCH - Westside. The Memorial Service will be held on the same day, Monday, October 10, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., Sadie's of New Mexico Banquet Hall 6230 4th St. NW, Los Ranchos, NM 87107.
