Darrell Dean Robbins

Darrell Robbins, age 85, our beloved father, passed away at his home in Placitas, NM on Monday, August 19, 2019. He entered this world on Wednesday, March 28, 1934, in Fayette, WI, born to Francis and Cethal Robbins. He was an only child. Dad's youth was spent working hard on the farm. Among his favorite years were those when he lived at Apple Canyon Lake, IL.

Darrell retired from Micro Switch, a Division of Honeywell at age 55, and then ran his TV antenna and satellite business fulltime. He enjoyed motorcycles, boating, snowmobiling, motor homing, polka dancing and annual trips to visit Karen in Hawaii.

He is survived by his son, Kent Robbins (Jody Mrkvicka), also of Placitas, NM; as well as his daughter, Dr. Karen Robbins of Maui, HI. No Memorial Services are planned at this time.
