Dana Wood

Dana C. Wood passed peacefully from this life on April 5, 2013, at the age of 57. He was born in Minneapolis, MN, to his loving parents, Everett and Edna Wood. He graduated from Gallup High School. He completed B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico. Dana was a businessman, a private pilot, and an avid follower of motorsports. Dana's pointed humor, work ethic and uncomplaining endurance will be missed. Dana is survived by his fiancée, Lisa LaRusch; three siblings, John and Douglas in Albuquerque, and Charlene (Dolly) Delaunay in Arapahoe, WY. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 13, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at FRENCH- Wyoming . In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the University of New Mexico Cancer Center, 1201 Camino de Salud NE, Albuquerque, 87106, where Dana received care.
