Dana West Fowler

Dana West Fowler, 69, was called home August 17, 2015. She is survived by her husband of 38 years Wayne; her children, Eddy Welch and wife Patti, Amy Welch and partner Chris Cravens; grandchildren, Amanda, Jamie, Katie Ann, Lena, Jerry Brendon, Shane, and Olivia; great grandson, Caiden; brother, Sid West and wife Peggy; and many other family and friends including Vickie Cordova and husband Willie with their three children. She will be missed by her dog, "Todo". Dana was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Joanna and her nieces, Cindy and Christina. Dana was a faithful longtime member with Wayne, of First Baptist Church of Albuquerque. She enjoyed cooking and baking, especially her pecan pies. Most of all, Dana reached out to others in need, loved spending time with her family and friends, and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Friends may visit Monday, August 24, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. Services will be Tuesday, August 25, 2015, 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church Albuquerque, 4101 Paseo Del Norte Blvd NW, Albuquerque, NM. Burial will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
