Dale Richie Elliott

Dale Richie Elliott, age 74, of Albuquerque, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2023, in Albuquerque. Dale R. Elliott was born February 8, 1949, in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Elmer D. Elliott and Marilyn Louis Richie Elliott. He went to school at Awalt High School in Mountain View, California; Sandia High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico; New Mexico Military Institute, NMSU and UNM. He married Virginia Elliott on April 4, 1981, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He worked as a Restaurateur for La Placita Dining Rooms and Elliott's Bar and Grill for 40+ years.

Dale R. Elliott was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer D. Elliott and Marilyn Louis Richie Elliott. He is survived by Virginia Elliott; his children, Patrick Elliott, Jason Salazar, and Erica Salazar; grandchildren, Christopher Elliott and Jovan Salazar.

Pallbearers will be Christopher Elliott, Jovan Salazar, Michael Sparks, Andrew Hebenstreit, Joseph Cuellar, and Jacob Pacheco.

A viewing will be held Thursday, December 28, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at The Cathedral of St. John, 318 Silver Ave SW, Albuquerque, NM 87102, with the Very Rev'd Kristina Maulden officiating.
