Cresenciano Gutierrez

Cresenciano "Junior" Gutierrez, age 66, passed away on January 30, 2022, after a short but courageous battle with cancer.

Junior was born in Albuquerque, NM and worked to provide for his family as a heavy equipment operator.  He loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren very much and loved to spend time with them. He married Jeanette, the love of his life, in 1971.

Junior is survived by his loving wife Jeanette; sons, Cresenciano Gutierrez, Gabriel Gutierrez and his wife Eva, Jesus Gutierrez and partner Anita; his grandchildren, Nathan, Alyshia, Jacob, Naelly, Matthew, Jorge Gutierrez;  and great grandchildren.  Junior was predeceased by his parents, Cresenciano Gutierrez Sr. and Reyes Gutierrez; sisters, Ernestina, Margaret and Celina; brothers, Elizario, Eugenio, Daniel, Randy, and Felix who sadly passed the day prior to Junior.

A final viewing will be on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.  at FRENCH - Lomas followed by a Rosary from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  A Catholic Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, 9:00 a.m. at St. Therese Catholic Church, 300 Mildred Ave NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107.

The family will honor Junior with his “Last Run” from St. Therese to Mount Calvary Cemetery.

He will be greatly missed.
