Corinne Encinias

Corinne Encinias, a dedicated and accomplished individual who worked as a Manager for the Health & Human Services Department for the State of New Mexico, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2023, in Rio Rancho, NM. She was born on Thursday, January 26, 1950, to Jose Inez Vasques Uranga and Trinidad Salazar Uranga, in Monahans, Texas.

Outside of her professional life, Corinne was dearly loved by her family and friends. Among her surviving family are two children, Victoria, and Antonio, four sisters and one brother who cherished their relationships with her throughout their lives.

Corinne's children, Victoria, and Antonio, hold special places in their hearts for their beloved mother. Victoria resides in California while Antonio calls Arizona his home. Corinne was not just their mother but also their guiding light and greatest supporter. Her love for them knew no bounds, and they will forever hold cherished memories of their time together.

Corinne's passing is a tremendous loss to her family, friends, and community. Her impact will continue to be felt through the memories she left behind and the lasting effects of her dedication to public service.
