Coral W. Stupp, age 99, a resident of Albuquerque since 1963, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, January 16, 2018.
She is survived by her son-in-law, John Pierce; daughter–in-law, Glynda Stupp; grandchildren, Sheri Pritchard and fiancee, Philip Clark; Robert Pierce and wife, Drichelle, Jessica, Jennifer, and Bryan Stupp; great grandchildren, Mitchell, Mikayla, Dax, Jesse, Ashton, and Isabella; sister, Barbara DePew; nieces and nephews; and numerous other relatives and friends. Coral was preceded in death by her parents, John and Doris Moss; three brothers, Larry, Jim, and Jack Moss; husband, Carl P. Stupp; son, Tom Stupp; and daughter, Diane Pierce.
She was born in 1918 in Minneapolis, MN and lived there until moving to Albuquerque. Coral worked as an executive secretary in the Minneapolis Public School System and at UNM School of Medicine. She retired from Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Coral loved singing in church choirs, performing solos, and duets. She also enjoyed traveling with family and dear friends. Coral has been an active member of Los Altos Christian Church since moving to Albuquerque. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held Friday, February 9, 2018, 10:00 a.m. at Los Altos Christian Church, 11900 Haines Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112. Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery where she will be placed with her beloved Carl.
