It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved

Mother, Concepcion (Connie) T. Reed who peacefully departed this world on March 20, 2024. Connie was born on January 31, 1934 to Sebastian Troncoso and Julia Olguin in Ysleta, TX. She was the cherished mother of ten children: Luciano Gurule, Dorothy Temer, Veronica Perez (Alfred), Jeffrey Gurule (Lucinda), Joseph Gurule (Belinda), Pam Gutierrez (John), Marty Gurule (Julie), Liz Lucero (Martin), Matthew Gurule (Theresa), Lawrence Gurule (Lee).

Connie also leaves behind a beautiful legacy through her 25 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren, all of whom were blessed to have experienced her warmth and kindness.

Connie worked for several years at Gulton Industries (BF Goodrich) and also began providing home health care on her days off. After retiring from Gulton she continued providing home health care to persons afflicted with Alzheimer's. Ironically, Connie herself was unfortunately afflicted with Alzheimer's which contributed to her death.

The family was blessed to find a group home, Singing Arrow, which provided the much needed care for Connie as her health declined. During the last few years, Clavice, Susan, and Ana provided professional care in a loving environment. We want to express our extreme gratitude to Ana for the special attention she gave to Connie in her last few days of life on this earth. We are comforted by the fact that she is now with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Services will begin with a visitation on Saturday, April 6, 2024, 8:30 a.m., at FRENCH - Westside, followed by a rosary at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
