Dr. Claude "Randy" Jones, age 75 passed away, Friday, March 17, 2017. Randy was known for his love of family and friends.
Randy loved the outdoors, skiing, snow shoeing, biking, and hiking, in his beloved New Mexico and Colorado.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Myrna D. Jones; his son, Greg Jones and wife, Keri; and his grandchildren, Maci and Carter Jones of The Woodlands, TX. He is also survived by his sisters, Paula Hawkins and husband, Wayne, and Jane Richards of Texarkana, TX. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Judy Campbell and husband, Gary of Franklin, TN. He leaves behind many cherished nieces; nephews; and a cousin; as well as many special friends. Randy was preceded in death by his precious daughter, Dara; parents, Paul and Ruth Jones; nephew, Jeff Hawkins; great niece, Meagan Mauldin; and sister-in-law, Mac Wilson.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, March 22, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Make-A-Wish Foundation, New Mexico, 144 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
