Clarence "Babes" Armenta

Age 70, of Tijeras, died Wednesday, September 18, 2013. Clarence was well-known for his stone-masonary work across the canyon and beyond. He is survived by wife, Linda Armenta ; daughters, Renae (Kirk) Lockwood, Bernadette (Richard) Mirabal; sons, Rey Baros, Julian (Jennifer) Armenta, Vidal Armenta; brothers-in-law, Harry (Roxie) and Jerry Sanchez; 10 grandkids and 10 great-grandkids; brothers, Joe (Rosie), Matt (Teresa), Bobby (Vivian), Jake (Daisy), Deryl; sisters, Pauline (Gilbert), Kathryn, Kathleen. Clarence was preceded in death by his daughter, Denise; parents, Jacobo and Margarita; sisters, Ethel Sandoval, Yolanda Armenta; brothers-in-law, John and Ralph. A Rosary will be recited Friday, September 20, 2013, 7:00 p.m. at John XXIII Catholic Community, 4831 Tramway Ridge Dr NE. Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September 21, 2013, 12:00 noon at John XXIII. Interment will follow at Tijeras Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Julian, Rey, Vidal, Richard Sr., Everett and Dicky. Honorary Pallbearers will be Kirk, Mattie, Troy, Robert, Steve, Richard Jr. and Vincent.
