Christopher Matthew Silva-Volner

Christopher Silva-Volner, 23, beloved son, brother, grandson, cousin and friend, was called to his eternal resting place on December 15, 2015. He entered this world on December 18, 1991 in Williamsburg, VA. He is survived by his parents, Michelle and Paul Volner; brothers, Ian, Benjamin and Jonathan; sisters Abbigail, Magdaline, Angelina, Catalina and Sophia; grandparents Angie and Leroy Silva and Guevara Family. He also was blessed to have many dear aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and a wonderful community. Christopher was such an amazing, handsome, intelligent, athletic and caring person. He had such a great personality by the way that he would always find ways to have everyone in the room laughing and smiling with him. He will be missed beyond measure by everyone who had the privilege to become a part of his life. A Viewing will be held at FRENCH - Westside Tuesday, December 22, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Rosary will be held Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. followed by a Mass at 1:30 p.m. at San Ysidro Catholic Church, 5015 Corrales Road. A Reception at San Ysidro Catholic Church will follow the burial. Pallbearers will be Benjamin Volner, Ian Volner, Domonic Silva, David Silva, John Silva, Paul Torres, Peter Torres and Phil Struck. Honorary Pallbearers will be Joe Torres, Keith Fike, Ralph Roy, Phillip Silva, Dan Silva, Robert Silva, Lee Trujillo, Max Wade, Joe Garcia, Kenneth Bourguet, Michael Hughes, Fr. Jeff Whorton and Dale Walaszek.
