Christine Storey, 72, cherished wife and mother, was called home on April 26, 2018. Christine was born on March 14, 1946 in Willard, NM, to Jose and Antonia Garcia. She is survived by her husband, Jose Storey; her son, Jude Storey; her daughter, Ruth Butler; her son-in-law, Shane Butler; her grandchildren, Devyn, Taylor, Raichl and Preston Storey, and Ciarra, Austin, Logan and Mason Butler; and her dog, Costner.

She was preceded by her father, Jose; her mother; Antonia and siblings, Lincoln, Esquipula, Rey, Louisa, and Louella Garcia.

Christine will be missed by all those who felt her love, compassion and generosity. She was a dynamo of energy, serving others through sewing, crocheting, cooking them a meal or offering a soft shoulder. Her door, and her heart, were always open.

A Visitation will be held on Friday May 4, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 a.m at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located at 1100 Montaño Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107.
