Charmaine Zantow

Charmaine passed away after a brief illness at her residence in Albuquerque, N.M.  Before moving to Albuquerque in 1996 she formerly lived in Madison Wi, where she met and married Dean Zantow.

Charmaine was a gifted artist both in her drawings and poetry writing. Even her handwriting was a work of art. She loved music, singing and dancing. She passed on many song lyrics to generations that came after her. Charmaine was always there to listen and offer advice (some solicited). She always enjoyed a good story and was an avid reader. For those lucky enough to be in her circle of trust her love and loyalty was endless. She extended that love to her cats that were spoiled rotten.

Left to remember her is her husband, Dean Zantow and her siblings: Brenda (Gary) Esser, Bob (Donna) Humke, Dennis Humke, Renee (Gary) Williams, Patty (JIm) Powers, Numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Charmaine was preceded in death by her parents: Robert and Avril Humke, her brother James Humke and her sister Deb Humke Appel.
