Charles LeRoi Popp

Charles LeRoi Popp, 85, of Albuquerque New Mexico passed away peacefully on Sunday July 3, 2022. LeRoi was a charismatic man and was loved by all who knew him, he will be deeply missed. LeRoi was born in San Diego, California on Sept 6, 1936 to Estelle Scholder Popp and Charles Popp. Leroi is survived by his children, Bret Popp (Diane), Darren Popp and Lisa Reynolds, and his grandchildren; Mason Popp (Ruby Montano), Shelbi Nahwilet Meissner, and Kaitlyn Meissner. Leroi spent much of his life in Albuquerque as a civil engineer superintendent and in 1978 opened up Construction Management, moving his business to southern California in 1980. Memorial Services to celebrate LeRoi's life will be held at FRENCH - Wyoming on Friday July 15th at 1pm. Reception to follow. Internment will take place in California in the family plot.
