Charles E. Omlor a loving husband and family man was born on December 8, 1923 and passed away peacefully on July 2, 2015 after a long battle with Alzheimers. Charles was born in Fremont, OH and was raised in Tiffin, OH. In September 1969 he moved to Albuquerque, NM. He was a master carpenter and a general contractor for more than sixty six years. He is survived by his loving wife, Agnes and they were married for over seventy years; his five children, James (65) from Mesa, AZ, Rose Ann (63) from Albuquerque, Marie (61) from Albuquerque, Michael (58) from Albuquerque, and Teresa (53) from Albuquerque; his eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and ten nieces and nephews. Charles served in the US Army in WWII. His life will be celebrated with a Rosary and Mass Tuesday, July 7, 2015, 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, Lomas and Tennessee. Charles will then be laid to rest at Santa Fe National Cemetery in Santa Fe at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family asks you to make a donation to the Alzheimers Foundation, .
