Charlie A. Monroe, 90, passed away March 9, 2018 at home in Albuquerque.
He is survived by his four children, Charlie Monroe Jr. and wife, Melinda, Josephine Sanchez and husband, Sigie, Cynthia Valle and husband, Dan, Judith Long; and numerous grandchildren.
He retired from Sandia National Labs after 35 years of service. Charlie enjoyed family life and traveled extensively with his wife, Perscilla whom preceded him in death.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2018, 9:00 a.m. at The Shrine of St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 11401 Indian School Road NE, with interment to follow the Mass at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
