CDR Vernon Beach, age 56, passed away on May 29, 2016. Vernon was a Godly man who proudly served his country for 25 years in the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his wife, Gail Beach; children, Chris and Phillip Beach and Sam and Sara Simon; parents, Venton and LaVerne Beach; siblings, Diane Wood, Alan Beach, Kenneth Beach, and Jon Beach; and grandson, Jack Thomas Beach.
Services will be held Friday, June 3, 2016, 11:00 a.m., at Mountainside Church of Christ, 12300 Indian School Rd. NE. Friends may visit beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Arlington National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project at www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
